Over the past ten years, James Bayfield has proven himself a leading expert of both short sales and foreclosures. Now, Mr. Bayfield focuses much of his time and effort into teaching and training students of the real estate business. But real estate was not always his life. Earlier on, Mr. Bayfield was on a very different track.

James Bayfield graduated with a Master’s degree in Public Administration in 1996; however, his background in computer engineering paid off and after graduating, he quickly landed a job making 6+ figures. This was at a top company with international ties and it was easy to be impressed by the salary, business trips, and everything else that goes along with such a high paying job.

It was there that Mr. Bayfield came to truly understand the importance of training and education in order to master a field of work. On an almost weekly basis, James was enrolled by upper management in workshops, seminars, and training programs to improve his skills. Before long, Mr. Bayfield had become an expert in the field of computer networking. Unfortunately, Mr. Bayfield was soon forced to leave his comfortable job as a result of company cutbacks. With a recently purchased house and no job, Mr. Bayfield considered his options. Whereas many would be terrified at upcoming challenges, James was actually excited at the prospect of learning new skills and embarking on a new career. Undeterred by his financial situation, Mr. Bayfield decided to study to become a real estate agent.

 

While working as a real estate agent, James Bayfield nearly lost his home to a foreclosure. He was able to save his house and avoid foreclosure due to his determination and the knowledge he’d gained while working with real estate. This experience motivated Mr. Bayfield to learn more about foreclosures and the real estate industry as a whole. He spent thousands of dollars attending boot camps and training seminars across the country, gradually becoming an expert in foreclosure avoidance and short sales.

As he learned more and more about the different aspects of the real estate industry, Mr. Bayfield realized that if he wanted to make the big money, he would have to stop showing houses and focus on a completely different part of real estate: investment. Applying what he’d learned, Mr. Bayfield became a professional real estate investor. His education yielded huge dividends, and he was quickly on his way to becoming one of the country’s leading investors in real estate.

After many years of successful real estate investments, James developed the desire to pass his knowledge along. He realized that his extensive experience with real estate seminars and boot camps gave him the opportunity to create a unique seminar experience: a comprehensive course combining information from all of the various training sessions he had attended over the years. While he had to travel all over the country to accumulate this knowledge, his own seminar would allow students to learn everything they needed to know in one convenient session.

Mr. Bayfield loves teaching students, both novice and seasoned, about real estate investments and the importance of building your business. Mr. Bayfield gets gratification from seeing his students who were once struggling or living paycheck-to-paycheck becoming millionaires, thanks to his teachings. Mr. Bayfield is a trainer, motivator, investor, and life coach – and he does all this with passion.
