Know thy self

Do you ever ask yourself, “Why am I not succeeding in this real estate market? What do I need to do? Well…why not make a commitment to work on yourself.

Let’s talk about this some more. Do you understand who you are? Do you know why you don’t get along with certain people? Do you understand why your business is not working? Well sometimes, it’s not because there’s not enough money out there or because there aren’t any opportunities. There are plenty of deals out there. I know because I’m doing deals. There’s plenty of money too. I know because I’m making money and so are a lot of my friends. Is it possible that you are not successful because you’re trying to do the same thing you have always done while expecting different results.

Definition of insanity

Albert Einstein defined insanity as “doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results”. Think about this quote for a second and ask yourself, does this quote apply to the way you are and the way you approach business opportunities?

Have you been doing the same thing over and over again while expecting different results? If so, then you need to keep reading. As your coach, I will most likely require that you change your thinking. I have helped many people fine-tune life goals and create opportunities that are based in reality and not fantasy. If you’re not thick-skinned-don’t bother to inquire about my services – they’re not for you. I only deal with rational, logical mindsets and do not wish to frustrate myself or you during this process. Not sure you’re ready to be coached? My criteria are based on four C’s. Do you meet them?

My criteria for interested students

1. Are you coachable? You must be able to accept constructive criticism and understand how old ideas are interfering with your success.
2. Are you credible? You must be able to say what you mean and do what you say.
3. Are you consistent? Clients and colleagues must be able to see you as a reliable and dependable individual.
4. Are you committed? This cannot simply be a phase or hobby for you. You must persevere even when discouraged.

Here are two main reasons why I need you to meet my criteria. First, many individuals like yourself have trouble understanding how old mindsets and practices can become major obstacles to growth. Secondly, if you are not willing to continuously work on yourself and address these barriers, then you will always be stuck.
